  • Yes!

  • At CoCo’s Cleaning, we do not require contracts to schedule with us. Most of our clients do prefer to book on a reoccurring basis such as weekly, biweekly, or monthly, but you are able to cancel at any time.

  • We provide all cleaning supplies needed with the exception of trash bags.


  • Payment is due day of service. We have three methods of payment: Cash, Venmo, or Zelle.


  • Monday - Friday 9:00am - 4:00 pm.


  • To cancel an appointment, please give us at least a 24 hour notice to avoid paying our cancellation fee. You can contact us by phone at (803) 221-0436 to cancel.


  • If a service is cancelled less than 24 hours before your appointment time, 50% of the service is due. If your service is cancelled day of your appointment , the service is due in full. Although we understand life happens, we must uphold these policies to protect the livelihood and income of our cleaners.

  • We ask that basic pick up is done throughout the whole home and that dishes are either loaded in the dishwasher or put away. If we arrive at a home and it is not prepped correctly, please understand we will be limited on all we can complete. We do not clean up animal feces or hazardous items.


  • We do not mind customizing your clean to fit your desired products being used. Please understand you must notify us prior and have these products ready for us to use.


  • You do not. We ask that prior to your cleaning you provide us with any details needed on how to access the home.


  • Pets are always allowed as long as they are friendly! If you have a pet that shows signs of aggression, please be mindful of this when scheduling and make sure you are making proper arrangements for your pet, such as locking them in a kennel, or having a pet sitter. Please keep in mind our cleaners will not clean up any feces, as we do not specialize in hazardous cleaning. If you have any notes you would like to share about your pet to the cleaner, please let us know and we will add it to your appointment notes!
